Setav Innovations Private Limited ("Setav") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Setav — including our app, setav.ai, and the websites we operate at *.setav.app on behalf of the professionals who use Setav.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following personal information from you:

• Basic Information: Name, phone number, email address, and professional information such as company name, designation, and industry.
• Social Media Links: Links to your social media profiles.
• Products and Services: Information about the products or services you offer.
• Payment-provider account identifiers and OAuth tokens: if you are a professional and choose to connect your own Razorpay account so payments go directly to you, we store your Razorpay account identifier and encrypted OAuth access/refresh tokens. Purpose: creating payment orders on your behalf against your own account. Retention: until you disconnect your account, at which point this data is deleted.

In app permissions

• Camera: We use the camera to scan QR codes. These QR codes contains contact links.
• Contacts permission: We use contacts permission for contact search and showing already added cards.

  Note: Your contacts are private and are never shared with any third party in any form.

If you book or pay for a service on a professional's own website at a *.setav.app address, the booking details and payment are processed by Setav on your behalf, and the card/UPI payment step is completed on a Setav-operated page at setav.ai. We share what is necessary to complete that booking and payment — such as the order amount and payment status — with the professional you are booking, and with our payment processor, Razorpay, solely to process the transaction.

Where a professional has connected their own Razorpay account to receive payments directly, Razorpay acts as that professional's own payment processor for those payments, and Setav acts only as a technology provider facilitating the connection — Setav does not process or hold that payment.
